Structured and arranged Europe’s first publicly listed solar securitisation backed by FIT and export tariffs. Innovative RPI linked 24 year £40m bond secured on 10MWp of operational UK solar assets underwritten by one UK pension fund. In 2019 Hexagon advised on and managed the restructuring and repricing of the bond on behalf of the issuer and noteholder, which was concluded successfully.
